Alan Aldridge

Alan Aldridge has such beautiful and colorful art work, it is very detailed and I feel as though the longer you stare at the art work, the more details pop out. Alan was born in 1943 in East London and now lives in Los Angeles, California. He is an artist, and illustrator, and a graphic designer, he did some freelance book covers, some science fiction book covers, an introduced his style. He then started his own graphic design firm called ‘INK’ which was closely involved with the Beatles and Apple Corps. His designs were created by a flowing, cartoony style and soft airbrushing which made his work creative and different from others. Four of his children are fashion photographers and models. I really liked all the different and vibrant colors he uses in his work and also the amount of detail.
